Nope.
It means "We carry/deliver (violent) death silently".

portamus = we bring
nex/necis is apparently violent death or murder. nex = nominative.
taciti = silence, genitive.
We (collectively being death) carry something to silence. Or maybe I'm in way over my head.
"We bring death silently" would be "necem portamus tacite". I think.

The translator I used gave the same English translation for both "necem portamus tacite" and "portamus nex taciti". However, given nex and taciti are in different cases I probably have grammar errors...
