It is the old voice actor. R* confirmed this via twitter today. I still hate the new setting though.

The recommended specs are crazy! I foresee a GTAIVesque debacle. Which bothers me, because I really look forward to the game.

I'm definitely holding off on this until I see some PC reviews. The delay alone raises red flags with me.

Edit: And there's no way in hell I'm getting this on a download service. This will be a boxed version for me.

I agree. I hear through the grapevine many people have to adjust settings into archetype mode through the config.xml because their FPS is 2 - 10 at all times.

I'll stick with ROI
