A large majority of the changes are particle fx. There are however some gameplay changes and rebalancing here and there.

LOST ONE - Now stronger vs inf. Plasma Bomb recharge time 35->60
MATTER CONDUIT - Cost 2600->3000, Projectile damage 100->50, blastdamage 30->10 blastarea 75->10. It now drops an atomic cow that does 500 blastdamage with blast area 250. SW cooldown 4min->5min
MONOLITH - More effective against air units. Cost changed 750 -> 400
NUFAI - Now drains health from organics when he attacks them.
ORLOK - Now fires 1 projectile instead of 3. Weapon Damage increased 16->45, shoulder gun Range increased 220->240. Siege rounds 5->8 Siege damage 90->56.
PHASE TANK - It now fires 1 projectile every 2 seconds. Each projectile does 60 blast area damage.
REAPER DRONE - Harvest rate 18->20. Health increased from 300 to 500. Harvest range ability increased 100 -> 150, Health drain per second from enemy small targets changed, 18 -> 70 with resource multiplier 0.1 ->0.15, health drain from big targets 20 -> 50
SAUCER - Slightly more effective against vehicles. Build time 28->35, weaker against hardpoint.
SCIENCE WALKER - ETA After glyph Carving 30->45. Main weapon damage 60-> 95. It can now upgrade plasma turrets similar to the ones used by Assembly Walkers but with longer range as well as a minimum range. Repair Foo Chamber now requires Detection Drone.
SPITTER TURRET - Radiation direct damage 6->10. Desolator upgrade cost 300->250

ANTIMATTER TANK - Speed 2.3 -> 1.75, Build time 18 -> 25. Vent Core sprays 5 projectiles rather than 10, with a radius of 150 rather than 180. vent core bomb blast range 30 -> 40
BLACK HOLE GENRATOR - Build time 100->150 seconds.
COLLECTOR - Now immune to virus.
COMMAND CORE - Cost 2400->1500
DERVISH - Death Bloom changed to a bombardment ability, drops 4 projectiles which each do 40 blast damage with a blast range of 30. Projectile timer 2.0 -> 1.0, damage 6 -> 10, salvo missiles 4->2. popcap 4-> 6, build time 14 -> 20. Min attack dist. 50 -> 60
FIELD INVERTER - Build time 28->4, ROF 2->3. stronger vs INF, weaker vs STR. Range 0-273 -> 20-350 The railgun has been changed to a beam weapon.
FOUNDER - Prowess punch range 20->10,damage 45->80 with knockback and stronger damage vs inf, light veh. Now heals at 0.02% per second in Prowess Mode and redirects projectiles in Performance Mode. Performance Mode's melee attack replaced by a lightning bolt attack with same damage, range 10-150 and ability to chain with nearby targets (radius 150). Rebuild ability now spawns 2 Blade Troopers and also affects enemy vehicles. Its cooldown is now 90 instead of 28 and radius 50 instead of 80.
HACKER - Viral Purge radius 85 -> 120, cooldown 18 -> 5, Expiration 8->1
OHM ROBOT - Cost 100 -> 50
REDIRECTION TURRET - range 260->280. Projectile is now a lightning bolt, no longer chain-reacts, it now fires 2 projectile instead of 3 projectiles every 2.2s. Projectile damage 20->35. It is stronger against infantry and walkers, weaker against heavy vehicles.
SCIENCE CENTER - Build time 55->80 seconds.
VARIANT - can now be built from robotic assembly. Speed 3.0 -> 2.5, modal refresh for mirage 3.0 -> 1.5, Weapon Range 165->200, Sight Range 185->220

ALTEA - Now has a beam attack in light mode, powerful enough to insta-kill units. Cooldown 30 seconds.
ARCHITECT - Production assist modifier 0.5->0.75
CHAROS - Blaze of Glory no longer does 3 DMg per second, instead, it does 0.2 percentage per second, radius 60->100, melee damage 5->10 (but with vastly improved multipliers), Frenzy now has Heals at 0.07% per second effect.
CITADEL - Cost 300->175
CONQUEROR - Light Mode Speed 1.5 -> 1.2, Dark Mode Speed 2.1->1.75 Light mode range 240->250, recharge 2.3->3.0, energy vortex cooldown 36->50, DPS 18->50
FIGMENT - Now popcap 3 and built from Flight Machina. Flies in Light mode. No longer stealth in Light mode. Movement speed in Light Mode is now 2.5.
Its tactical health is now 320, Column Mines now do 20 more damage and the mines damage type is stronger against infantry and vehicles. Light mode now has extra firepower in the form of a missile attack.
GUARDIAN - Build time reduced from 36 to 25 seconds. Light Mode now fires a beam (damage relatively unchanged). Two-faced HP upgrade time 35->20, slightly stronger against vehicles.
INQUISITOR - Now uses Disciple damage type in dark mode. Dark projectile damage 8->10, recharge 2.0->2.5, pulsecount 5->4, Pulse delay 0.2->0.3
MATTER CONTROLLER - Burning Wrath fireball now disappears after 10s, not 7.
ORACLE - All-Seeing eye now has FOW reveal of 650, boosting the oracle's sight range.
PEACEBRINGER - Light mode Projectile now spawns flame debree similar to Skylord. Now stronger vs INF, weaker vs VEH, STR
PURIFYING LIGHT EFFECT - Now does 10 damage instead of 6
SEER - Sight range in both modes is now 300.
SENTRY - Light mode beam now a flamethrower, range 180->150, can no longer attack body hardpoints, efective vs infantry, turrets. Dark mode is now strong against aircraft. Disciple hardpoints in Sentries now have the exact same weaponbehaviour as Disciple, but with weapon recharge time shortened by one second.
SKY GUARDIAN - Dark mode projectile (now visually a lightning bolt fx) projectile spread changed from 10 to 5, projectile speed changed from 20 to 60. Min Range 40 -> 0
SKYLORD - Stronger vs turrets in both modes. In dark mode it now has a whole new weapon with range between 300-450, string against most ground targets.
ZESSUS - Weapon range for both modes increased by 70 units. Also much stronger against aircraft and infantry.
