Okay, this time I died on lava. I didn't even touch it, but it still killed me somehow. I had been able to acquire obsidian, red stone and diamond, and of course I have to die before I can get off from this cursed cave.

I don't think anything in any game has ever scared me as much as skeletons bathed in the darkness of a cave.

I'm just astounded by this game on so many levels.

Quoted for truth. Everytime they fire something I literally jump in my seat with my mouse, my snacks, my keyboard, or whatever else is nearby my arms. I have this growing hatred for the damn Creepers as well.....

Started a new world due to computer problems <_<. Ended up building another tower on a very hilly mountain. That tower is also my first home as well......Also building a bridge to get around all these crazy mountains. I regained most of my lost coal, wood, iron, and even three pieces of gold. All I'm missing now are a few pieces of Diamond and I should pretty much be all caught up, minus my construction projects.

- The bridge - Now have 2 hearts after falling a lot, no pigs in sight.

Try getting some armor (even cow leather can help), it really helps reducing fall damage.

After having set up a wooden base on top a certain hill, I started to get attacked by hordes of mobs, with each night their numbers increasing. The creepers just blew up everything, and eventually I got bored at constantly repairing the damage. I started on a new map and it turned out pretty neat. It's a snowy, hilly region with this huge though narrow mountain in the middle, almost as if it was made for a tower to be erected on top of it. Mobs have posed little trouble when I realized what a perfect weapon axe is against them. Plus it's a lot fun to set them on fire and watch them burning.

I'll have to buy and play Minecraft properly when I get the chance... but last time I got a bit bored TBH. Maybe I just didn't explore enough. Or I didn't have the time to get sucked in enough.

Anyway, I thought I something a few days ago... I've never really seen anyone build a harbour in Minecraft. Now with fishing, it would actually have a use too :D. I think I'll build a coastal fortress with a harbour when I buy Minecraft. Or just a pier at least. You could even build steps down to the sea to launch your boat :yes

Yep, you can craft boats and build harbors for them to sail into. However, I suggest you wrap cloth around the pier as it prevents any damage to your boat no matter how fast you ram into it :)

Oooh, interesting. That's pretty cool. Didn't know cloth had any real use.

Yeah!

Or why not make chests to keep the ^@!$ in you don/t need?

(has got 10 + some chests scatered around my castle)

By the way, your walls probably have a spawn point for creeps.

This game looks amazing. Very interesting concept. I wonder if the visuals would have improved by its release.

Is it true if you dig deep enough you wake a balrog?

I am the internet. I never forget.

No there is no balrog, atleast not as far as I know, or no one has ever dug deep enough.

Then don't go into the nether! It's scary as **** from looking at X's latest video on YouTube D:

The tortured screams of the damned... and zombie pigs.

I really need to buy Minecraft soon. I'm just doing college stuff... or suppose to be doing it anyway, it doesn't always work out that way :ninja:
