Why would the reapers need to land on Earth? Can't they do orbital bombardment with their pewpew tentacles?
And wao 7 million killed. Thats like 1% of China

Besides I thik he was talking about Londin alone as a city where 7 quadrilion people died. Because afterwards he started to talk about other shitties being attacked.

It's probably the Halo-scenario. Humans are suddenly really important like because of stuff they didn't know and the Earth has hidden super alien artifacts that are required for galactic domination. In other words, the Earth is one big Mass Effect Relay.

Already happened in ME2 when the collectors decided to make a human reaper instead of say, a hanar reaper or batarian reaper or asari reaper (haha, reaper with boobs)
I'm looking forward to see what lame-ass excuse they put in to explain how the Reapers could still arrive without an opened citadel relay

Anyone noticed Shepard is still wearing the same N7 armour?

I wanted to say more but accidentaly clicked post.
I think there will be way less RPG in this game, either that or our Lord that be thy Shepard has to fly across the galaxy and has to rally supporters for his cause, so he can overthrow the reapers.

Aside from that hole in the clock, Big Ben seems unscathed. As is the London Eye.

Also, REAPER SPOTLIGHTS
I wanna play as a reaper and destroy cities

So we'll be going around the galaxy again, recruiting people and meanwhile Earth gets all destroyed and we'll have a "Suicide Mission" to go save it when we recruited enough people?
I still bet we'll defeat le Reapres by uploading a virus. Also, there is a lack of alien romance options in the teaser. Disappoint.

They could just travel there on their own speed, yes, but that would take quite a while. I'm assuming that while has happened in between 2 and 3. Unless they have another backdoor somewhere of course.. we did only see two of them on Earth for some reason... Where's the rest at?

The rest are probably attacking the rest of the galaxy probably. I have this feeling something really important will get destroyed, maybe the Citadel or Arcturus Station (not like anyone will care since its novel-only though)

UNLESS.... this is another stereotypical alien invasion where the attack is pure direct brute force with michael bay explosions and all that, rather than something more quick (nukes everywhere) or efficient (bioweapon in ze air?).
If I were a reaper, i would invent a virus that turns people into husks, and then unleash it on Earth. And then EMP the ^@!$ out of every major power grid (it's a future-warfare stuff we learnt in military, electronics are the lifeblood of modern and future systems, both civilian and military)
Suddenly I got this feeling Shepard will have to fight a lot of Husks on Earth... kinda like on the derelict reaper or the aequitas mine. I find that squad cryo ammo was very fun to have on those missions.
