Heya guys!
So I got UaW about two weeks ago, and it has been basically the only thing I've been playing since then. This game reinvents strategy -- I feel like I'm playing Dune 2 for the very first time again :'D
I have seen that the community is ... rather quiet, but I'm hoping a few old zombies still shamble in now and then. If any staff sees this -- I'm truly honestly thankful for such a great game, and am sad to see the game wasn't able to receive the polish it deserves, through no fault of the developers to boot. Still, the good outshines the bad so much right now that it really doesn't matter for me.
There's just one thing that's really giving me a hard time. I'm playing the Global mode, since it looked like a good alternative to constant scrims against computers. Sometimes, just after I win (when you pick which units to take along with your heroes), my hero's party appears empty, but the pop cap high as though there were still units there. Which means I can't build any new units for that hero. The glitch doesn't go away until I make the hero die and respawn.
I've seen a total of one mention of this issue on these forums (or anywhere else for that matter), and there was no solution there. Has anyone even ran into this problem before?
A few ramblings from a newb

Hi there!
I still lurk around and occasionally login if I think anyone will be online, but it is quite empty for the most part.
As far as that glitch goes, I've encountered it myself a few times, no known fix still as far as I know. Shouldn't be too big of a deal past getting 6~7 territories though, hero revives are pretty cheap once you have decent income.

I have seen that the community is ... rather quiet The game is fairly old now, and it didn't really have a huge following in the first place, sadly (lack of advertising by publisher perhaps?), but I'm hoping a few old zombies still shamble in now and then.BRAAAIINNSSS! Hmm, i haven't experienced this glitch myself before, Does the unit bar show any units at all?
