Not sure what you are going for here. He appeared and attacked Anakin in the cave on Ilum. He was also "resurrected" by Drell Kahmf when he hooked Maul's disembodied brain up to a hologram projector. These are the only canon instances I know of. If I'm right let me know and I'll ask a question...
