Why don't you update the firmware for your dvd drive? Find out the model of the DVD drive and go to their web page. Search for support for your drive and download the firmware. It will come with instructions.

Hi.
I work at a gaming center and am having issues running this game as well. The game refuses to run on any of our machines, whether we load it via virtual drive through our server, or just straight up putting in the actual disc. I've attempted shutting down all processes that pertain to our virtual drive, including the drive itself; still no luck.
Is there any way to get this game to run in our current situation? I've tried locating the manual on both the disc AND the install directory, and it seems like it doesn't want to be found.
Any help would be much appreciated.
P.S.
After reading the rest of the posts, I feel I should mention that our DVD drives are up to date as far as drivers and firmware are concerned. Is there any way we might be able to find a No-DVD/CD crack to enable play?
Thanks.
