I went to the forum that was linked from the Universe at War site, and after registering I realized just how bone-dry it was when it comes to game information. Not only that, but it was a LOT less active than this forum, so if I asked for help there I don't know if I'd ever get it.

Anyway, I'm an Xbox 360 player, mostly because my PC can't run games too well, and as soon as I finish the story I'll be ready to play on Live. I'm on hierarchy, about halfway through right now.

And one quick question: I asked a friend to get the demo to see if he'd like this game... and I really want him to get it, but he wants Call of Duty 4 and Orange Box instead. All I want to know is a few things about the demo:
1. Is it online?
2. If it is, can demo users play with real game users?
3. How many factions do demo users get?
4. How long is the demo, and does it have a time limit (ex. after five minutes will it go to a splash screen then return to the xbox main menu)?

The first and third questions were answered in announcements, so I'm good... but the others that remain I would like to be answered.
