Bringing back random events to FOC

Hey all! I just rediscovered this game after it appeared on Steam, and it's just as fun as it was several years ago. :)

I have a modding question:

I really enjoyed the random events from EAW Galactic Conquest campsigns. However, it seems that FOC Galactic Conquest no longer has these.

How can I bring random events from EAW into FOC for Galactic Conquest?
