For all those who don't know the Australian National Anthem Just a good joke I heard

THE AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL ANTHEM

Australians all let us rejoice

The weekend now is near

We've worked all bloody week for this

Dear God let's get a beer.

Our desks abound in paperwork

Our hands are stained with ink

In desperate stage, we'll fly the cage

Advance to Friday drinks!!

With joyful strains, destroy our brains

Advance to Friday drinks.


By the way just in case your thinking this is real then sorry this is a joke although most australians would probably prefer this one or the land down under song.
No chance of surviving, zero chance of returning... Well? When do we get started?

sad thing is that is better than our national anthem.

atleast that brings out a some pride in being an australian, our current doesn't.

the current one is sooooo bad.

I know most of the australian national anthem - but only cause of watching the rugby ;)

The land down under song is good though :lol:
