I voted yes. I think a space to share creative juices is a good thing. Stories, and a place for a sig/avatar request site, various other arts is a good thing.

You say fan fiction, but does this include things that dont have anything to do with star wars? Drawings and written things?

It's COMPLETELY UNANIMOUS. Besides, what does making a new board hurt anyway? It's just a category, one that would have threads in off topic anyway. It's just easier to categorize.
