Thats what the British Opposition leader David Cameron did during the last Election. He set up a website and used it to show off his home, family and his thoughts on topics using embeded videos. It worked up to a point.

If I was of the age to vote, it wouldn't help me vote for them. It would actually make me not want to vote for them.
