With so many games out there with such great intros, I wanted to share with everyone one of the best intros I have seen for a game. Post away your fav clips!

Taken from 1997/8 for the game Soul Blade which was one of my fav fighting games at the time. Superb CGI!

I thought it was awesome. Not as much as the original one, but still cool. In fact, I'll list the awesome parts in order:

-Cool voice acting.
-Marine leans over and fires a shot right into a crawling Necron's head.
-A Wraith tears a Space Marine in half.
-The Monolith blows a Land Speeder away, and it crashes on a bunch of Necrons.
-"You" charge, and the Monolith fires a bolt at you.
-"You" wake up, and a Necron stabs you in the face.

Warhammer: Mark of Chaos.

The game itself sucked (or at least, it wasn't what I was looking for) but that intro was absolutely the best one I've ever seen. Since youtube doesn't work on my machine and I refuse to lower my security settings in order for it to do so, I don't know if any of the posted ones have to do with that, so forgive me if I'm repeating.

But seriously...the best intro ever.

For the Dark crusade intro, this is what they should have had.

It's snowing. You see the Imerial Guard dug in with a fortress behind them. Guardsmen in trenches. You then see monolith over over the crest of the hill, and three valkyriesfly towards it. The particle whip comes out and knocks all three out of the sky, and it shows a close up shot of on crashng into the snow and blown up. Out of thesmoke you see a large line of Necron warriors pointing thir gauss flayers and firing, and then there's a battle. What do you think?

That should have been what they did for Winter Assault, only with Chaos instead of Necrons.
