There were rumors that the GTA4 was going to be set in England.. Oh well...
Graphics look good though.

ITS A GAME..... EAW isn't moral. You have to kill people to win battles. killing is immoral. You lose that battle. Do GTA games teach kids to kill, steal cars..... NO!!!!!! holding a mouse, or a controller is totally different then holding a gun. And you daily news desensitized you more then a game
