About Me
Interests:
Biology: One of my favorite subjects as life itself is extremely facinating! If the question is on arthropods, cephalopods, reptiles, amphibians, or fish I probably have read something on them that can be brought up if needed.
In particular, I love the arthropod phylum with the arachnid known as a Scorpion being the king of all in terms of holding my interest. Perhaps it is the overall alien look of them or their simply fasinating life cycle and behaviour... or perhaps I'm just weird.
History: History is another of my favorite subjects as it is truely the story that all others are based on. In particular, I enjoy reading about the ancient Egyptian kingdoms, the rise and fall of Rome, and the histories of Europe and the Americas.
Languages: Yes, this may be an unusual interest, but the way the English language works is actually rather facinating with all the various rules and functions of various words. I want to eventually learn German, Dutch, and/or Latin if possible.
Drawing and Writing: I put these two together because being able to put images down on paper also goes well with painting images with words. I'm not nearly as good at either as other members on these forums and others, but I'm working on getting better. Currently, I have two forum stories (one of which is on hold
)and a couple secret projects being written up at the moment. As for art, I tend to focus on machines and creatures, though I'm working on drawing humans and other things more realistically.
Politics: While I find politics both frustrating and facinating, the #1 rule of interacting with people is never talk politics or religion, so my lips on political views are zipped unless asked in private.
S.C.U.B.A./Snorkeling: Being from the state of Michigan, I'm quite comfortable in the water. There is just something exciting about floating above the ground watching (admittedly blandly colored) creatures gliding to and fro. Someday I'd like to do a dive in the ocean around a reef (as my dad has done) and look at the more colorful aquatic fanua, but for now the tanish silvery lake minnows and crayfish/crawdaddies/crawfish/yabbies will suffice.
Gaming: If I didn't have this I probably wouldn't be here now would I? I mainly like RTS sort of games but I'll also play FPS, adventure, and Spore. Currently, I have some of the C&C series installed, Universe at War (admittedly my current favorite), Empire at War + Forces of Corruption, Sins of a Solar Empire, and Battle for Middle Earth II. I also have several other games on the Xbox and Xbox 360, though my brother is the one who plays those more than I.

Tale of the Mongers Part 10 is finally ready for reading!
Have nothing to do? Helping with the Universe at War wiki would be most appreciated.
