Was wondering, I've googled my username around a bit, and apparently a crapload of my maps from EaWfiles are showing up on other sites. Especially my Echo Base mod, being hosted as a V1 when the V2 is so much better.

Is anyone familiar with Filefront's legalese? I'm wondering why the maps were spread around download sites with no permission.

Filefront hosted mods are hosted with permission from the modders. Noone else should be allowed to host without prior permission from the Developer

But i guess if people wanted to have more maps on their site for DL then they could quite easily download them and put them on their site. Thats not EaWFiles's fault is it?

Hmm. But perhaps Filefront is a subsidiary of a company X, and company X owns all those sites. This is just hypothetical, I dunno if they are or not, but this might be why they're being hosted elsewhere.
